SCHEDULE
Each team will be provided with the schedule of the whole tournament. Due to the big amount of teams, and for time restrictions, a special attention will be put on punctuality. One representative of every team is asked to go to the Check-in desk at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of his next match, even if the match is likely to be delayed. If no team member goes to the check-in desk, the team will automatically lose the match. For this reason, we highly recommend the teams to be at the pavilion 45 minutes before their first match, in order to have enough time to change their clothes and warm in an appropriate way.
At the end of every match, a basic record with the result will be kept. At least one member of each team will have to sign the record at the end of the match. Please, ask the referee or the table judges at the end of the match.
